Caritas promotes platforms for civic action, advocacy and participation in the elimination of all forms of domestic violence that include physical, sexual, psychological, emotional and economic abuse especially against women and children.
Groups are trained in human rights and children's rights to avail victims of domestic violence with information to make informed decisions that best reflect their interests and needs. The community is empowered to take collaborative action to prevent domestic violence and report such cases to access justice.
